SHIPPING POLICY:

FREE SHIPPING (US First Class Mail or UPS Ground depending on weight of package) is available for all destinations in the United States for Cellular Phone Accessories ONLY. Other shipping options (Priority Mail, FedEX & UPS Ground) are also available at additional cost.

RETURN POLICY:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Merchandise can be returned for an exchange as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise.  If the merchandise has never been used or installed, it can be returned for a refund or store credit as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive it.  A fee may apply for refunds.  Defective items can be returned for exchange within 30 days (6 months for batteries) from the day you receive the merchandise.

We test our products before we begin offering them for sale.  We also inspect each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders.  If you are unable to install any products, please contact us as we will be happy to assist you.  Please continue reading.

Please note, Data Cables and any tools are not refundable and can only be exchanged for the exact same item if the item is defective. 

Exchanges
Merchandise can be exchanged for the same item or something else as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days (6 months for batteries) from the date you receive your merchandise.  No exchanges will be made after this 30-day period (6 months for batteries).  If you are exchanging for item(s) of lesser value, a refund in the amount of the difference will be issued.  If you are exchanging for item(s) of greater value, we will contact you to arrange for the additional payment.  Any shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or store credit as long as (1) a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise and (2) the item has never been used or installed.  No refunds will be issued for used or previously installed merchandise or if a return request is not submitted within the 15-day period.  A 15% "throw-away" fee will be charged for refunds as the returned merchandise will be discarded when it is returned to us.  Please note, we may choose to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise if we determined that to be appropriate.  Please contact us if there are any unusual circumstances.  All parts, including any freebies, must be returned in it original packaging in order to receive any refund.  Any shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase usually within 14 days.

All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by FedEX or UPS will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm PT. WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O. Box addresses are sent via USPS First Class and Priority Mail only. There are no express or overnight delivery available to these destinations.
