This is my first CISS system. It installed within 15 minutes, easy instructions included. Initially, I had a problem with the cartridges not being recognized. SuperJet tech support was the fastest support I have ever seen. Problem was resolved within a day and only took 2 e-mails to do it. They even sent clear pictures to assist with their directions each time. If only everybody understood their products and stood behind them like this. I have test printed both text and pictures and the quality is just as good as the original Epson cartridges. I am very happy with this purchase and with SuperJet USA. The system and ink should have been a 5 star rating, but I gave it a 4 only because it didn't work right out of the box and the ink delivery tube support is a little flimsy, but does not affect performance.
