Shipping & Returns

SuperJetUSA.com allows return on products that are in new condition and in the original packaging within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise . "New condition" means that the product has not been ­­installed or used and is in the same condition as it was when it was received. Items such as continuous ink system (CISS), refillable cartridges, ink refills, screen printing films / rolls, sublimation & inkjet heat transfer paper and software must be returned unused, uninstalled and unopened.

Special conditions - "Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS) with Prefilled Ink" products CANNOT be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

Please check the box for any physical damage before signing or accepting the package. Notify the Fedex driver at the time of delivery if you notice any physical damage to the box.  Products with damage delivered by Fedex or USPS shall also be reported to us within 72 hours.  Failure to do so within the 72 hour time period will void any damaged inquires.

Heat Press Machines

All new heat press machines will be covered with a 12 months warranty.  Returns on heat press machines will be accepted within 7 days of purchase.  All returned heat press machines for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective or is found to be defective within the first 5 days of normal use, a replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of SuperJetUSA.com

Exchanges

Merchandise can be exchanged for the same item or something else of equal value as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise.  No exchanges will be made after this 30-day period.  Only products that are in new condition and in the original packaging that are unused, uninstalled and unopened items can be exchanged. Please follow the "Rules and Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges" before sending items back.

Refunds

You must request a return for refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

Rules and Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchange must be called in or emailed in advance. Please call 626.288.4428 or email us at support@superjetusa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before shipping the products(s) back to us.

Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Only items originally purchased within 30 days from the date of delivery will be considered for return.

Any merchandise returned without a RMA number and/or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refused.

Please write down your RMA number on the OUTSIDE of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return.

Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees paid by buyer are NOT included in return credit issued. 

Physical damage to the returned product by neglect or abuse will void the product's warranty and the return policy.

Returns are not accepted on products that have been altered, opened or used.

Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.

All returned merchandise must be in its original carton or packaging.

All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee, this includes the processing fee.Clearance items are FINAL SALE ITEMS, no refunds allowed.

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase and are usually processed within 14 business days.

Shipping Methods:

All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by FedEX or USPS will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O. Box addresses are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail only. Express or overnight delivery is not available to these destinations.

Shipping time varies based on where you live and the shipping method.
